The Organizing Director will lead the campaign's statewide field program, managing regional organizers and volunteer networks to turn out voters across Mississippi.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the statewide field plan
- Manage and train regional field organizers
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment and canvassing operations
- Track and report field metrics weekly
Required Skills
- At least 3 cycles of campaign field experience
- Strong management and training skills
- Experience with VAN / Votebuilder
- Willingness to travel statewide
